Refund and Returns

Return Policy

  • Duration: 14 days to request a return after receiving the item.
  • Condition: Item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return Process

  • Instructions: Provided upon return acceptance. Items sent without a request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

  • Inspection: Check items upon receipt.
  • Contact: Reach out immediately if items are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

  • Non-returnable: Perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, and gift cards.

Exchanges

  • Process: Return the item and make a new purchase once the return is accepted.

Refunds

  • Notification: You'll be informed once your return is received and inspected.
  • Approval: If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing time may vary by bank or credit card company.
